About Us
Hampton Lakes Homeowners Association is a Deed Restricted community of 79 single-family homes. It is governed by the residents while the fiscal and social functions of the Association are managed by an elected Board of Directors who are current residents of the Association.
The Hampton Lakes neighborhood is located in Tampa, Florida, approximately 14 miles North of Downtown Tampa. It is bounded by Hoedt Road to the North and comprises Glenarn Drive, Fenton Place, Newton Way, and the section of Hampton Village Drive south of Hoedt Road.
Mission Statement: Our mission is to preserve property values and foster a sense of community. Our goal is to maintain architectural harmony to increase property values and foster a family friendly environment for our HOA members.
